Words can’t express how much we appreciated the outstanding work from Liz and the Edwards group in selling and buying our home. Our home sold in 1 day above asking price, due to the diligence in their preparation and attention to detail. It was the best experience from beginning to end. We were included and kept informed daily every step of the way, which alleviated all apprehension and anxiety from the process. Before we could become worried or have a question, we would receive an email that it was already thought of, taken care and issues addressed. They made it possible to be in our dream home just before the Holidays making both transactions a total dream come true. Amazing organization, superb professionalism, a dream team to work with.

It was my first time home buying experience and Liz made everything so smooth. It took me awhile to decide to buy but she made the experience amazing! 5 stars across the board. My husband and I had at least a dozen realtors to choose from to list our home with (this includes relatives and long time friends). We had thought about putting it on the market in 2017 and got in touch with a few realtors. Joe came through for us (while others didn’t). They wanted to list our home for us (of course), but did not reach out and ask us what we needed while Joe went above and beyond. He did market research for us, comps in our area/neighborhood, then came and took a look at our home.
