Clackamas County's Supportive Housing Services program has made significant progress in combating chronic homelessness, surpassing its third-year goals. The program aided 1,228 households in avoiding homelessness, exceeding the target of 625, and achieved a 65% reduction in homelessness. Funding tripled to over $54 million.
